Ok, let’s start with the important stuff. I’m mixed white and Asian, and I was totally new to using bonnets when I bought this. I gave it 3 stars at first because, frankly, I had no idea what I was doing. I don’t really have any female friends to ask about it, and the dudes I hang out with? Yeah, their hair is short and not exactly something that would need a bonnet.So, there I was, just randomly stuffing my past midback length hair into this thing, cinching it down like a medieval chastity belt, and waking up every morning with the bonnet somewhere in the bed or on the floor. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.Then, during one of those Instagram doomscrolls, I saw a white girl share the secret. You’re supposed to put your hair in a bun first. Mind blown. I never would have figured that out on my own. Now that I know where I was going wrong the whole time my sleep routine is forever changed.Now, I already own silk pillowcases, so that wasn’t the issue. My main concern was hair fallout. I’m not sure if it’s stress, hormones, or just the chaos of life, but I’m losing what I feel like is a lot of hair. And finding it everywhere. On my pillow, wrapped in my laundry, tangled in places it has no business being in *cough cough.* Wearing this bonnet means I can actually sleep in peace without waking up covered in stray strands or having one randomly brush against me like some kind of ghost testing my patience.Honestly, now when I’m home, I just wear it. It’s easier.I ended up buying two. The black one I use a few times a week when I apply glycolic acid and hair oil. The pink one was my daily go-to, but I’m a little disappointed with it now. My skin is oily, maybe some of my skincare products rubbed off onto the fabric, but it has gotten discolored on the forehead area. No amount of washing has taken the discoloration out. Not the cutest.Still, now that I actually know how to use it, I’m a bonnet believer. Just maybe skip the pink if you have an active skincare routine or wait til everything has properly settled into your skin.

I love these! I wear them every night. I have very sensitive skin so I realized sleeping with my hair down or even in a pony my face would still break out from the oils on the pillow. Once I started using these I never stopped! They are so comfortable to sleep in, you can adjust it to how tight you’d like it. The style is def cute, I have a bunch of different ones and it lace my hair feeling great the next day. My only bug a boo with these is washing them. After they come out of the dryer out seems at least half of them get the elastic inside tangled. I end up having to stretch it out to untangle it. But, besides that, I love them!

I recently tried out a satin lined sleep cap. It is super comfortable, and I love how soft the fabric feels against my skin. I’ve worn it a few times now, and I really appreciate that it doesn’t dig into my head like some other caps I’ve tried in the past.One small downside is that it does slip over my eyes sometimes during the night. Overall, if you’re looking for something cozy to wear to bed that helps keep your hair in check, I’d definitely give this cap a try!

I bought this cap to help with multiple issues I’ve had with my hair. My biggest issues is being greasy/oily no matter how much I wash (my hair gets greasy and flat within hours of a shower) and stressing my hair out with the constant washing.So to start taking care of my hair, I bought this sleep cap. I was pleasantly surprised by how healthier my hair felt and looked. Waking up in the morning, my hair would look freshly washed, feel silky smooth, have volume, and not be overly greasy!Onto the quality of the cap itself; it is very comfortable and fit perfectly without even needing to be adjusted. It stays on throughout the night as well. It’s very easy to stretch over my head and go about my night. It’s suffered no damage through my year of use.Overall, I’m happy to have purchased this cap. It’s made my hair healthier, relieving both my hair’s stress and mine.

Doesn’t fit great if you have a lot of hair , the material is great though.

This cap is so soft. Feels like you aren’t wearing nothing on your head. Fit is adjustable. I have bought this item before but my adult children keep slipping out the door with them. It’s ok because they all have more hair than me. I need more.

Love it . It's perfect from my hair . Adjustable to secure on my head while I sleep. . Doesn't make me hot . I use it to work out and my hair will now be compromised.

This bonnet has some good things going for it. The strap is super comfortable way better than most bonnets I’ve tried, and being able to adjust it is really helpful. It does a solid job keeping frizz down overnight. But for my hair type (2c, coarse), it doesn’t hold up too well and I usually wake up with my hair pretty messy, I have to wet it down and restyle every morning. So while it might work great for some, it’s not the best fit for my hair.
