Very smooth and quiet

I decided to pay the high price for this trimmer, hoping that I will finally have a last long product, but Moser disappointed me. The battery started causing issues in the very early life of the product and the trimmer required a repair.Moser didn't offer me a direct support. They claimed it's not profitable for them to support me and sent me to their distributor who told me to ship the trimmer at my own costs. I shipped it, they didn't fully repair the problem and shipped it back to me.After a while I was able to use the trimmer only when it was connected to the power cord. I preferred to use the trimmer like this instead of shipping it again at my own costs and get the same temporarily fix.Recently my trimmer stopped working even with the power cord connected, but now I didn't have a warranty anymore. I contacted Moser again, claiming I had this problem since the very early life of the product and it was not fully fixed, they again sent me to distributor who told me to ship it to them after I stated clearly that I am not willing to pay for a repair. When it arrived to the distributor they said I will have to pay $60, I declined and argued with them that they let me understand it will be fixed at no costs, but they didn't care. I asked to ship it back and they said that I will have to pay for the return costs.After fighting with them and contacting Moser about it, they shipped it back to me at their own costs, unrepaired.I decided I am not buying Moser ever again because of their support and product quality and I just got a brand new Remington trimmer for a much better price and greater quality. Since I am not a verified buyer, I am attaching a picture as a proof of my broken Moser 1871 next to my new brand new Remington trimmer. I recommend to stay away from Moser, because of their poor product support and product quality. To Moser, don't ever say it's not profitable for you to support a customer! Customer satisfaction should be your top priority. What a shame.

The product is OK. It's definitely not worth the price in any way. I wouldn't say it's bad - it cuts and doesn't snag. You can order large combs online (which I did) to allow it to cut up to lengths of 25mm.But for much less you can get much better trimmers: panasonic er1611, Wahl elite pro, brio beardscape. Really this is way too overpriced.
