I originally purchased this product to replace a nootropic subscription I was using that was almost $90 per month. I feel that this product is comparable to that product and I like the fact that it is also my daily multivitamin. The only difference I found between this and the luxury nootropic brand I was using is that this product does not contain caffeine. This may or may not be a good thing depending on your preferences. For me it wasn’t a huge deal it just meant I need to remember my morning coffee. After just two months of using this product I felt sharper and more ready to face the day upon waking. I definitely recommend this product if your are looking for a cost effective brain boost supplement.

I ordered this at the beginning of a new school year and started with just one a day to try to help with all of the new names I have to remember and to help organize my thoughts. I moved up to two capsules in the morning and do not feel any different when taking them. As in, I don’t feel any jitters, shaking, or extra energy. I do have a little nausea but if I eat a little breakfast after taking them it resolves. The capsules are on the larger side, but not too big. They do have a bit of the vitamin smell to them.After about 2 weeks of taking them I do think that they are helping. I feel more clear headed and task focused. I’m able to remember things that I need to do better and I feel less scattered.It isn’t a huge difference, but it is noticeable and I have recommended these vitamins to friends.

I have been buying these for years now. I have better focus, memory, and they are easy to swallow even though they are big capsules. I can see the effectiveness of these Brain Memory capsules. I am definitely sharper.
