Not the "COLDEST"
Received 2 weeks ago and have used the ice pack twice. Before using I put the ice pack in the freezer for an over night stay. It's easy to apply, relieved the pain to my right knee and was cold for no more than 2 hours. Cold but not the "Coldest".

Bum knees?
These knee braces are the best! I have aggressive oestoarthritis in all my joints and not only can I place these over pants? They stay in place so I am not giving up 20 minutes sitting still.A must have

Knee wrap
Just wish the straps were a bit longer. I did measure before I bought them and they are still short. I will be using them anyways as my surgery is soon.
