Nice product
It makes delicious coffees. Sometimes it doesn’t boil it the first time. Now I learned its language. If that happens, start it again and listen to the boiling sound. When you hear it, take it out and pour your nice coffee.

Faulty engineering
This machine is a chore rather than making it easier to make your turkish coffee! The water level sensors constantly malfunction either detecting water is too high or too low even though it is within the recommended parameters. You have to wipe the lens inside, reconnect the power, give it a couple of taps to get it working again. This happens every 2 or 3 uses.

supper happy
I ordered this machine, and once I opened it by mistake, it failed up from the box and broke. I contacted them, and I was honest with them. That was my mistake. They replaced it with a new one at no charge. Highly recommended!, awesome machine and supper service!

انصح بها ولاكن بعد مرور عام توقف السخان عن العمل وبسبب وجود الضمان لمدة عامين اعدتها الى الوكيل كي يصلحها فلم يستطع اصلاحها وأعادني الى أمازون لكي يرد النقود لي او يستبدل المنتج ولكن المنتج نفذ من المخزون فتم أعادة النقود شكرا أمازون
