I bought this bag after watching the demonstrations for it on QVC. I needed a portable suitcase to take on our international trip over the Xmas holidays so we had room to bring things back. So, I carried this suitcase in my regular luggage, didn't even use it on the way over to our destination, only on one journey within the country and then on the journey home. Within one use the bag tore at the zipper and it was only half full. After the second use, for the trip home, the bag completely fell apart (and still not entirely full) and the airline had to tape it and put it in a plastic bag to prevent things from falling out. Some of our items were lost already. THIS IS THE WORST QUALITY EVER FOR A PIECE OF LUGGAGE. Yes, it was designed to store due to it's compact nature, but someone forgot about the fact that it would actually need to serve it's primary purpose and that was to hold up during a trip. This is not a carry on bag. It's too big, so it has to get checked. So how does a company design a piece of luggage without utilizing the most durable material that will hold up to typical baggage handling. It's made of cheap tote bag material. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SUITCASE.

I have been traveling with this suitcase for the first time. It is to difficult to handle I have had to buy a new suitcase and just leave this in the hotel. It is brand new but no choice. Leans as it rolls and the contents sag to the side. Everyone who had assisted me has made the same comments.

Impractical, cheaply made, ugly as sin, caused an arm injury, part of the problem plaguing all Americans.
This bag is a complete piece of garbage. It lasted one trip before the bottom caved in and made it so the wheels don't work anymore. it has to be completely full to stand up so it can be dragged around and if it's full, it's too heavy for every airline on the planet. And now that the wheels are broken I was basically dragging the bag through the airport and parking lot so the bottom is completely torn and I have sustained an arm injury. THANKS A HEAP BIAGGI FOR MAKING MY 30 HOUR TRAVEL TIME FAR WORSE THAN IT NEEDED TO BE.

Great bag - hold a ton of stuff!
We used this Biaggi Zipsak on a trip to Brussels. There was a baggage handlers strike at the airport when we got there and we didn't see our bag for four days. It was among thousands of other bags. The Biaggi bag was finally delivered to the B&B we were staying at. Despite everything, the bag arrived in perfect shape! Basically it's like a large upright duffel bag and it holds a ton of stuff. The four spinner wheels keep it balanced nicely and the best part is that after you arrive at your destination and unpack, it rather surprisingly reduces down to a small, very compact little case which can be tucked away until you're ready to return from you vacation. The only thing I could see that might be something to watch, is that it holds so much stuff, which keep the bag upright, and you might go over your baggage limit?

Not User Freindly luggage never purshase this again
I have traveled overseas working for the last 35+ years. This luggage makes it look very nice for traveling as one could get by without having to check and empty bag, but this bag is not what it seems , not user friendly with no handle it does not roll correctly as you know some airports don't have the best walkways, with no handle when u try to pull it behind you it hangs will not roll and will kept running into you thus causing you to trip, I wish I had never purchased it.

This bag didn't last a single trip. It has a tear in the front pocket that spans the entire width of the bag. We took the bag with us on a cruise, so it never left our possession. That is to say, this was not done by poor handling.

Falling suitcase
With no inside structure, this suitcase tends to fall. Very hard to pull. Does not meet my expectations of a typical suitcase.

Horrible bag!!!!!!!!
Please do not waste your money. I put 1 star only because it was the only way to post this. The bag is poorly made does not hold it’s structure. Regardless of how I packed the bag it kept falling forward. The bag barely made it threw my business trip 2 days long. As soon as I got home it went in the trash.

buenos materiales, almacenaje reducido, pero poco solida como maleta
la maleta esta muy bien rematada y se pliega muy fácilmente para quedarse como un maletín, lo que es ideal para guardarla en poco espacio. El problema es que se llena por arriba, por lo que la ropa o lo que se guarde queda todo descolocado y sino se llena bien, la maleta no tiene cuerpo por lo que parece una bolsa con ruedas muy incomoda de llevar. Una vez llena hasta arriba, se vuelve mas rígida y se maneja mejor. Solo interesa si tienes poco espacio para guardarla, sino es mejor una maleta convencional

Capiente leggera e robusta: una meraviglia.
Una borsa/valigia , molto leggera, estremamente capiente, maneggevole e pratica grazie alle 4 ruote solide e stabili. Si richiude facilmente e diventa compatta e facile da riporre in un piccolo spazio

Sehr Praktisch aber nicht handlich
Zum mitnehmen ist es super aber wenn man es zum Beispiel nur halb füllt, sackt es ein und man kann es nicht mehr rollen. Also nur zum empfehlen wenn man es immer füllt
