These door anchor straps provide great alternative to going to the gym in these cold times. You get great resistance training out of them straps!

I find the resistance bands provide just the right amount of tension. They are not stiff at all. They are not like heavy plastic but rather very rubbery. These makes it very easy to create different variations on the exercises. You can really feel your muscles are really getting a workout. The only problem I had was with locking the straps around the door. But what I discovered, after watching an installation video, is that I was making it more difficult then it really was. It is actually very simple and easy to do.

Straps are well made, strong stitching. Easy to use, I get to do more workout, since they are on the door ready to use. Made my fitness time more fun and I can see the immediate change and progress on my body. The thing I like the best about this is it's portable and can be used on any door. Great piece of equipment at a very reasonable price, highly recommend it!.

Overall the quality is good. I was hoping to use this for some lumbar traction methods that would work better with the lower hook loop. One of the primary straps going down the door is unfortunately missing the (lower right) strap loop so I'm missing out on some exercises I could otherwise do. I'll try for replacement from company and see how that goes. (Edit) The company reached out to me in a timely manner and offered to deliver the missing part with a refund. The product works well, I'm able to do a wide range of exercises needed for my physical therapy with this set alone. The accountability in sending the part alone was all I could expect. The refund shows an understanding that the customers time is worth something, which I appreciate. And they didn't bug me to change or edit my initial review, would recommend.

Overall the product is good. One problem is the door strap clasp does not hold it's grip. My fix is heavy duty binder clip positioned over the strap just below the buckle.

Buyer beware! Not the best quality. One of the hoops the bands go through snapped the first time i used it. The band flung at me and hit me full force in the chin. Not impressed at all.

I love this system!!! Went up easy, stays in place. I’m getting a great workout. Very impressed after 2 months. I got two of the door bands for pec/back flys and pull-downs. Really added to my home gym setup. Highly recommend.

Only had this item for less than a week and one of the bands has already snapped and another is showing signs of wear. If you get this only use it by attaching one end to the strap as threading the band through the door band loops will shear the band very quickly. Just an update. The seller has been in contact with me and I am very happy with their response over this issue and would rate them 5 stars in that regards!

This is a great portable home gym to take with you if you travel. This product works very well. I would recommend this product.

Fits perfectly on my door and doesn’t damage it at all. The buckle adjustment is perfect for sizing, the bands are good quality on their own and it is easy to pack for working out in hotels etc. Very pleased.
