I was diagnosed with SPD being at 30 weeks pregnant. I was in so much pain I could barely get up and move around. This belly band doesn't completely eliminate my pain but helps support my belly weight so that's less that makes my pelvic area and SPD hurt. Plus it's super cute compared to the plain ones so that's a plus! Definitely recommend giving it a shot if you have SPD.

I purchased this for the inevitable back, hip, and belly pain I get during pregnancy. It is so comfortable that, even if it's pulled tight, it doesn't feel tight. It's soft against my bare skin, wears well both under and over clothing, and I even sleep better at night with it due to less pains.
