Q: Why have all of these packs been opened before they are shipped?

There is nothing wrong with the packs. Some boxes are printed in Japan and are labeled as so on the packs. Japanese printed packs are looser and are NOT resealed. They simply do things a little differently.

Q: Has anyone found cards in this booster box that are not from this set? I have found at least 3 cards in the back of my booster packs not from this set

Yes, I had 8 packs with a card from old sets

My box that I purchased shipped and sold directly by Amazon came with the WotC shrink wrap (but no box topper as I purchased it well after launch). Packs weren’t resealed, and I ended up getting cards of a higher value than what I paid for the box. No weirdness with cards from sets other than AFR either.
