I am a 69-year-old senior and when I found this, I was very happy to see that it had handles on each side that I could hold onto to climb. It’s very sturdy and the only thing to put together on. It was the top bar that holds the tool bag and the side reels but it’s very easy to put together. Didn’t take me very long at all. I feel very safe and secure and I know that I won’t slide all over the place.

Finally, a step ladder with handrails making it a great option for folks with balance issues, or needing a little help lifting their legs. Easy to assemble, light yet very sturdy, and a perfect hight for home repairs. Exactly what we needed!

This step ladder comes with handlebars that you attach to the ladder which was very easy to do. The pouch comes in handy where you can put tools and things you may need to work with. This step ladder has four steps with handlebars and is sturdy and secure which allows me to reach my 10 foot ceilings without worrying about falling.

We ordered the four step ladder to reach up higher. Criticism: It is not as stable as it should be on the top step; it wiggles a bit. It could benefit from another horizontal stabilizing strut. The side rails seemed like a nice idea but they feel a bit too narrow for large size humans, so we left them off. Some of the hardware used to secure the upper section to the lower section did not go screw tight. They required washers to get them snug tight . Praise: We like the wide, non-slip steps which are great for us 60-70 something year old DIYers.

This step ladder meets all my expectations. The hand rails and the rail at the top of the ladder enable me to safely perform varying chores around the house. The HVAC filters are in the ceiling, and this ladder helps me safely change the filters at the proper interval. The ceilings are 9-10 foot high, so the length gives me the access I need. The wider and deeper steps also provide more stability while using the ladder. It is very sturdy, but light enough for a 75-year old to lug it around. At the end of the job, it folds up nicely to store it in the garage.

Looking ahead to when we absolutely need handrails, I ordered this stepladder. Simple to assemble, folds well, feels very stable when used. Not too heavy to move, carry. The top piece gives a handle to hold if needed when on top step. Great product! Would buy again, or even share as a gift.

This HB Tower 4-step folding ladder with handrails arrived promptly and I was easily able to attach the top piece and the two safety handrails without difficulty the same day it arrived. The instructions clearly depict what screws/fasteners to use in attaching these pieces. The step ladder is very sturdy with nice wide steps that have a non-slip texture on them. I am in my 70s and I would trust this ladder more so than a standard ladder without these safety features. I am able to "walk" this ladder from one location to the other. I think the ladder weighs about 18 or 19 pounds so it is not too heavy. I am happy with this purchase.

Love this ladder. I read a lot of negative reviews but it is light enough for practically anyone to pack around with ease all the parts line up perfectly and the bolts are very strong enough. People were saying the instructions were hard to follow but who needs instructions as it was so simple to put together without any instructions. This is a 5+ star ladder.
