We absolutely love this product. We have a 1 month old and 3 year old, both with terribly stuffy noses. Our 1 month old is so relieved by this device - the soothing music, different colors and 3 speeds to help suck all the yucky out. Our NB can finally eat like she wants to. Our 3 year old, every time he's got all this snot, he asks for the aspirator, we save tissue, he is relieved of the pressure and it all can be washed and sanitized away. Truly a gem!

This definitely needs to be called the SUCTION-NATOR 6000!!!! Once you learn how to use it properly, it really works well. For toddlers, apply suction in one nostril while flushing the other side with saline. When your toddler coughs, it helps pull the mucus out. Flooding one side with saline while using suction on the other creates pressure (suction) that helps draw the mucus out more effectively. For infants, flush one nostril with saline while applying suction to the opposite nostril to remove the saline and mucus. Then gently plug the flushed nostril with your finger to create suction, which helps pull the mucus out of the other side.

Used it for over a year and it works great still. Rarely needs charged and easy to clean. Only downside is the first two levels of suction are pretty low and we always go up to level 3.
