Great switch. Smooth connection with power, Wifi, and Alexa. Made life easier by operating it with voice command using Alexa and Phone App. Have connected with Water pump and works great.

I was bit scared to use the switch with water heater but this product exceeded my expectations. Still working great. I switch it on and off from anywhere and it also has a schedule time set. Great product.

The product looks just like advertised, works like advertised too. The finish is brilliant! have been using for my water heater for over a month with absolutely no issues!The price though is a bit high, i bought 2 more from Aliexpress for less than half (albeit it took 2 weeks for delivery).

i got Chinese product not "Northrend" brand... but it is a great product and very famous and real company. and maybe better than that "Northrend" one.it works exactly as expected.... setting up is very easy and it did exactly what it is supposed to do.

Worked for about 9 months

Good idea and good functionality but extremely poor quality. I bought 4. One malfunctioned 5 months later. The other was dead on arrival because it had the heater on all the time and we didn't realize it until much later. 50% failure is serious. Certainly not recommended and not worth it.
