Probably the best case for the ROG Phone 5/5S
This is the third case I've tried on my ROG Phone 5 and the first one that protrudes past/wraps around the edge of the screen sufficiently to both protect it from a face down landing and offer a bit of extra grip. The mostly transparent back lets you see the notification logo easily, and its TPE section offers plenty of protection for the camera. All functions (including the AirTriggers) remain accessible with the case installed and the price is definitely right. We don't have a lot of options for this phone, and this is probably the best of the bunch.

Great protection
The case that comes with the phone does not offer much protection. Now my phone is safer when I accidentally drop it.

Shattered backside of phone
I dropped my phone less than 4 feet and it still broke the rog 5 backside despite landing on it's back evenly.

Fits perfectly
The 'lip' on the front is just deep enough to ensure your screen is off the surface when face-down. The recessed clear back is solid and lends itself well to a popsocket or loop adheared to the back. Since it's thinner than the rest of the edges, the added bulk is minimized. Also lets you see the nifty LEDs if you like that. The cut-outs for power, aux, mic, shoulder buttons, etc are perfect. It even has just the slightest cut outs for the dual front facing speakers. The power and volume buttons are well defined and don't press hard enough to accidentally actuate them on it's own, which is something I've seen mentioned about other cases. 10/10 would recommend for the ROG Phone 5.

Slim yet protective
Designed much more slim and simple than most extreme protective case and yet it fares just as well. I've dropped my phone from counter height and while working and running around. It has done it's job and kept my phone in perfect condition.
