Well-made gear
Fairly easy to assemble, even with confusing instructions. Two buckets of water (and a pint of vinegar to discourage mold) keep the base immobile and the bag assembly completely stable. Very good reflex action. Super construction. Gym quality.

Poor customer care
The Hayabusa reflex bag worked very well until the spring broke. Had they let me purchase a new spring this would be a 5 star instead of 1 star review. After going back and forth thru a few emails they ultimately decided that I cannot purchase a replacement recoil spring, which in turn renders this 300+ dollar piece of equipment useless.

Good quality but very loud
I've had it for a couple months now and I am happy with the quality of the product. I do wish it had some form of cushioning on the bottom because it is super loud and can move around a bit.

I was sent a used condition item. I spent too much money to have received a used bag.

Missing parts of product

Spring failure. In over five years, I've never received support or a response from this company after reaching out to them. Don't expect help if you have a problem with their product.
