Impressive info....highlighted every page, or so it seems....taking the product and looking forward to some great improvements... Book is only 50 pages...a bit shocked, but the material was well written....covers just about everything pertaining to health...

el libro no está mal pero he pensado tiene mas detalles y no es un resumen de estudios . he pensado tiene recetas para hacer mixturas con los especias:( ese puedes encontrar en el internet sin pagar por unas paginas.
