Way too small! I wear a size 16 and ordered the XL and could not even put it around my waist. Must be made for teeny tiny people. Returned immediately!

I ordered this because I had a baby on New Years day and even though I am down to my prepregnancy size, I still have a small pudge. I just got this in the mail today. When I first looked at it I was worried it wouldnt fit. It looked rather big to be a large. While I was putting it on my husband said it looks uncomfortable but it really wasnt. It fit perfectly on the first set of loops so i have room to grow. After looking in the mirror I fell in love with it. I even tried on a few dresses that showed my pudge before I had my son and they fit me perfectly. You cant even tell I had a baby less than a month ago. So I am more than satisfied. I plan to wear this everyday.

Love that stays up does not fold..it runs a Lil small so I would order one size up.

At first time I wear it, the boning make a hole in the Rubber Lining... the waist cincher is comfortable , but doesn't last to much...

I do like this product. I would recommend that you only wear it up to 6 hours, because then you start sweating, and it does not feel pleasant. It also gives off a strange odor - which my friends tell me it is only in my mind. Still. I like how it keeps me in, and streamlines my look. I am obese. 5'6, and more than 200 lbs. Normally, I wear a 1-2x, but this allowed me to wear a size 16 dress perfectly. Any dress too tight in the hips, and a bit lower, will show the edge of the cincher. All in all, I am very happy with the product and would recommend it to others.

This literally fits like a glove so I'd say get one size up. If you really want to cinch your waist then one size down. This keeps everything in place and it doesn't roll up at all on either ends. It covers the entire torso including the lower abs. I was very pleased with the amount of coverage. It was comfortable for me. I wore it a bit too long with I don't suggest. They say about 8 hours and I've worn this sometimes 12. It doesn't start to bother me until 10hrs later hence why they say 8hrs is good enough. All in all this looks good under your clothes. If you are wearing thin material it may show through.

This was way too big. Size down.
