Be aware! I have been using Saffron for decades but this has no taste whatsoever... it is basically just food coloring!

Use every day for ocular health: I have read in places like the People’s pharmacy in the Seattle Times that this used every day is helpful for getting doses of beta carotene, and therefore vitamin A. This is good for one’s ocular health, I have read. So I mix it into a glass every morning and swallow it. I hope it’s helping!

Great product I have not been able to buy this much saffron in quite some time saffron is one of the most expensive herbs per pound on the planet it has great medicinal and health values just keep in mind that it does stain things yellow
