Works for me
This product is easy to swallow because I empty the contents into a medication cup & add warm water. It dissolves instantly. I also sometimes open the capsules & empty on my tongue & drink water. I can taste the black pepper but no other taste. I purchased to add to my arsenal of supplements for my immune system and overall health.

Just as good as any other
With monolaurin it comes down to the price all manufacturers usually use the same ingredients. This seller just decided to raise the price by 10$ so I'll be spending my money elsewhere....

Do not waste your money on this product.
This product is not effective compared to other monolaurin products that I have used. It has no value what so ever. It does absolutely nothing. You may do better by eating shredded coconut.
