Whats in the box?

-A nice and funny little layout of sponges and padding, and the nice box itself.
-The IEMs themselves.
-Auxiliary cable with the prongs that plug into the IEMs.
-What seems to be a warranty and owner's card + manual with diagrams, that I cannot read, so I didn't fill it out. (perhaps written in Chinese?)
-6 replacement filters and a prong tool if needed.
-12 ear gel pads or whatever they are called, sized small, medium, and large, I assume 4 of each, colored dark grey.
-A simple but kinda sturdy black, small container for the cable/IEMs, that closes via a zipper.
-A card that looks like it has a batch production marker stamped on it and some text I cannot read due to language barrier.
-A card with a QR code and what looks like two serial numbers, and some text I cannot read due to language barrier.
-Some plastic wrappings that could be a choking hazard if someone's IQ is under 65 or so in 2020, or have kids nearby who were never taught to not ingest this stuff.

Configure carefully!
* RIGHT BUD has "Starfield" writing
* LEFT BUD has starburst art
* Cable tips have "R" and "L" raised letter on INNER side of plastic tip (hard to read)
* The 2-prong tips should be inserted with the "R" and "L" on the inside (next to your head) This positions the arched, plastic-sheathed end of the cables so they curve over your ears properly. That keeps these moderately heavy buds from falling out of your ears.
* My set required moderate force to get one tip fully insert and be seated, and a lot of force to get the other tip fully inserted. I could feel a slight change of pressure when the tips reached the fully seated position.

Question 3

How are stock tips and cable, and should I buy new ones?

The cable itself is fine, it feels thin, although it has 4 cables, but it looks great and in theme with the aesthetic of the ear buds. The tips are also fine, they are made of silicone so it depends if you like how they sound with them. For me the cable would tangle up with the ear buds during storage and did not have a chin cinch. I got the Linsoul 16-core cable, which not only feels silky smooth, it is also an affordable upgrade. As for the tips, again it is personal preference and I did change them for foam tips which gives me just enough bass (I am not a bass guy) and took away the effect on voices I can only describe as listening in a bathroom or tunnel.  I made changes based on my personal preference, but you might be fine with them, the advantage is that the ear buds are great and for their price you can afford upgrading the cable, ear tips, or both.

I am late answering this question, but hopefully it helps others that might have the same question about these iems.

Question 4

What is the diameter for the ear tips? 4.9mm or 3mm tips?

The Dekoni Bulletz Mercury 4.5mm fit fine on these. They take the more standard larger size tips. Dont try to get any 3mm tips, I doubt they will fit.
