If you do keto, this is a great on the go snack! I find that it can even zap my sweet-tooth in a pinch. convenient packaging makes it easy to bring along with me on a hike or I can throw it in my lunch box if I need a mid-day pick me up. Sometimes it is not satiating enough by itself, but pairs well with a banana or some keto-friendly crackers.

I have purchased these several times. I use these for keto fueling in long distance running. I really like the taste. The nutty/salty/chocolate combo is satisfying, and goes down well without having to chew. It is helpful to have a little liquid to wash all of it down. Packs are easy to open. It can be a little difficult to fully empty the package on the go. Emptying completely (which you will want to do) is best done by being able to lay the pack on a flat surface and "squeegee" all of the contents out of the opening. I wish they were a little more affordable.

If you don't care about the cost, these might be the best option on the market. If you do, they might be the worst. It's a nut butter but very runny - at room temp it's drinkable rather than something you eat, and I can't imagine what it would be like on a hike at 90F under the sun. My wife also commented that they're too sweet for her, which is only in terms of taste because there's not much actual sugar in them (2g).Only 3g of protein as well - this is absolutely a just "fat bomb" (18g). But for that purpose I liked them. The flavor is good and I didn't need water after having one which is a key difference on the trail from other nut butters.So they're really good, but given the cost, hard to justify regular use.

Great snack, just grab and go. Eat it alone straight from the package. I like to add walnuts to a bowl and cover them with this for an extra punch of goodness and nutrition.

Can be messy if not opened correctly. Suggest clipping off top rather than tearing.

Tasted was so good , however the consistency is very thin and watery and gets all over the place, maybe the shipping (heat) messed it up, but I will try another brand

They taste fantastic and a great way to get you total fat for the day. Definitely worth trying. Highly recommend!

I was expecting something else other than liquid. They picture nuts in the photo. But it tastes very good even though the portion is tiny.
