My husband and I went to a restaurant here in Savannah and they used black silverware. I thought it was beautiful so I decided to purchase a set. I was pleasantly surprised of how pretty and sturdy the silverware set was. You will not be disappointed!

Wanted smooth black silverware because we kept using plastic utensils and we are hooked on using these now. We usually don't like using metal silverware but these have a nice smooth feel to them.***update. Have only had them for a few weeks and it looks like some of the black is coming off in certain spots on the utensils.

I purchased and returned two other sets of silverware that cost more than these because of low quality with pits and bumps. These are beautiful, smooth to the touch, simple and elegant looking, with just the right weight and a very reasonable price. All of that makes for a good review. I would purchase again and recommend to everybody.

Heavy enough, good value. Each piece comes in an individual plastic sleeve, which seems a little wasteful, but at least I didn't have to scrape off an individual bar-code sticker from each one like on the last set I bought. Overall, pretty happy with it.

Very good but with little time it is already peeling.
