This little backflow incense holder is made well and works. However the incense cones that come with it are not quality and they leave a oily, sticky residue behind. There is a little plastic lotus flower included and some people have mentioned there not being a place to attached it, but it is made with a little piece sticking out of it that you just rest on the side of the pond and it stays there unless you move the burner. Also the fish are really tiny and not as visible as they are on the picture. I enjoy it and will just purchase better cones because it is nice watching the smoke travel down into the pond like a dreamy waterfall.

Overall, great value. I’ve used it several times already and haven’t had any real issues. It’s cute and not overly excessive. Admittedly, it’s smaller in person. And my usual incense sticks, which are average size from my experience, are too long for the holder so the ash misses the dish. I haven’t tried the included incense sticks yet but I have tried the cones. They are short lived and not particularly notable fragrance-wise but they do add that atmospheric fog in the dish which is the whole reason I wanted to try this. Like what others said, if you have any air movement/draft, you won’t get the whole effect BUT you still get some effect. Overall happy with the item and you can’t beat the price.

Very cute and small ceramic waterfall, I absolutely love the koi swimming in the smoke. The incense that came with it doesn't smell bad at all, the blue scent is my favorite, I think its jasmine or something. The smell is light. The incense burns pretty fast maybe under 10 minutes or so. It also leaves a very oily residue on the bowl after the incense is done burning. Overall happy with this purchase

I bought this for a gift for my son and I love it so much I'm getting one for myself!!! The cones burn rather quickly I'll be buying more insence of course there are 20 or 30 with it but I'll be using it daily and need A LOT MORE. It is just beautiful to look at and the scent therapy is a great coupling. If you're low on funds and want to make someone happy with a gift, this is the he item to get. It's small for sure but so so pretty. I may opt for the larger one next and probably collect them all. If you love fountains in your home you'll love this too.

i read the reviews and decided to chance it and buy it anyway. everything came, nothing was missing or broken, over all a great product. only reason i gave it four stars instead of five is because the little lily pad that came with it has nothing to attach onto. other than that, great value for the product!
