Really good ice pack for a knee injury. Well filled, good size and coverage. Stays chilled for ages. Has been very useful and helpful. Would be useful for use on other limbs and across your head if required. Recipient delighted.

It’s ok, quite sturdy and you can keep it in place due to the durable straps. I didn’t give it the full five because I don’t find it that cold, Certainly not like ice in a towel and I’d say last approx 20 mins.

Makes applying ice packs to the knee an easy experience. No more frozen peas! Fleecy inner lessens the 'shock' when first applied and keeps it comfortable throughout. It's still cold though! I'm sure this has hastened the recovery of quite a bad knee injury (MCL). Good fit (5'2") and still plenty of adjustment left to suit taller/larger.

Works as described, easy to use. Ordered a two pack as wasn’t sure how quickly they would re freeze after use as I wanted to use on one knee and then if need be put one back in freezer and take another out. Both refreeze quite quick, the Velcro fastener keeps the ice pack secure. Help to relieve pain. Would definitely recommend

I have been quite impressed the quality is quite good and the straps are of a high quality. One side has a soft short Terrycloth type material.

Got for a painful knee, fits very well and stays cold for a decent time

Some reviews suggested this product stays colder for longer. Not in my use. Leave in freezer for four hours and you might get 20 to 30 mins use max. Which is no better than other products I have. It’s good quality material and straps and has a soft material on the ‘wound’ side.
