very easy operating. It's the best coffee roaster I ever used. I plan to buy another one with 110V, but seems they don't carry it.

Poor Roasting Ability
I ordered a similar roaster on the recommendation of numerous home roasting websites. The until looks good, but does not deliver on roasting levels. Furthermore, the owner's manual that came with my unit was not the correct one. The most that I can get is medium roast. Especially for the price that I paid for the unit! I will keep the unit but cannot recommend it to others right now. Lastly, I requested the correct manual from the seller but have not heard from them. I previously had a coffee bean roaster that roasted at all levels. It was cheaper but the quality was poor in the long run. To roast for deeper coffee, I'll be going back to my old iron skillet and gas grill.

Poor design -- beans barely roast
The unit is beautiful to look at, but doesn't really work. What a waste.I was using a 220 volt, 3000 watt power supply, more than sufficient to get the job done. But even at maximum setting, beans were barely roasting at all. I disassembled the unit to find out why. Heat transfer to beans is extremely inefficient. Heat must first travel down to be reflected to a horizontal channel, then moves passively to the other end of channel in order to heat up a chaff collection bowl. The bowl's heat transfers to a hot plate only through an extremely fine metal edge, then the hot plate must transfer whatever heat it has up to the bean collection bowl. There needs to be a better way of transferring the massive heat generated by the rear exterior unit to the beans. As is, I figure about only 10% of heat generated actually gets to the beans.
