BEST PRODUCT FOR PETS
I absolutely recommend this automatic feeder!! I bought one last year because one of my cats has to eat a specific type of food, and at specific times, and this is sooooo helpful! Very easy to use, you can control the portions, change it very easily. It has up to 6 meals a day I believe, and I typically only have to fill it up about every two weeks. Can work with batteries or with a cord - I like to use the cord but still put batteries in it for when my cats decide to be naughty and unplug the cord.It was so useful and easy to use that I bought a second one for my other cats. You would not regret this purchase!

Perfect for small dogs
I have a 9 pound chihuahua & this is perfect. Great ease of mind product. I always have this fear that if I get held up somewhere. May it be work, traffic, or an accident that my doggo won’t get fed. This feeder definitely has you covered. The best part are the back up batteries so if the power goes out.The only thing I found a bit difficult was the programming. But I don’t like reading directions & I don’t know my dogs portion sizes in ml ( that’s a me problem). Does take a lot of button pushing to set it up. When you do the test feed it doesn’t dispense the amount you program. So I did a time test run & it portioned properly. Definitely keep the directions.I suggest this for dogs under 25 Ibs. Yes it can work for all but you’ll have to fill the feeder more frequently.Overall great product. Highly recommend.

Almost Perfect!!!
I love our feeder!! It is accurate and reliable. We have had it for a couple of months and our boy loves it! As you can see from the pic, I did have to adapt a table for it so our 18 pound Maine Coon would not have to bend to eat. (Not good for kitties to have to eat from the floor) Also, I did not use the enclosed bowl as it was too small for him. (Bowls too small cause "whisker fatigue). I used an 8 inch shallow stainless bowl that he was used to. It is not as pretty as it will be but it works exactly as I wanted it to!! If this came with a nicely designed table, it WOULD be perfect!! I will gladly entertain any questions about this design!!

Stopped working
. Replaced the batteries and it seems to turn on but does not dispense any food based on the set timers. The customer service email is also no longer valid so I am at a loss with this item.

Barn cats
Used it for a pair of barn cats. Worked well to keep them around. They knew when it was fixing to drop food and would be patiently waiting in front of it. Never used power cord, just batteries. Held up well. Local coons would beat the hell out of it trying to get to the food. It held up to the abuse. Feeding time's easy enough to set. But you'll have to play with the settings for how much food you want to drop. Coyotes ate the cats. So it's retired, for now.

Simple and Stress Free
My favorite thing about this feeder is the automation, what a time saver! My cats like to eat throughout the day and this automatic cat feeder keeps my cats on a schedule (which they love!) and I don't have to worry about being away from home and missing their feeding time. They also get to hear my voice when they get fed and the portions are just right. It is so easy to program and adjust - I had to adjust the feeding portions and times a bit but totally worth it!

I like it! Cat does not....
My cat had gained almost four pounds over the fall and winter free-eating only dry kibble. When he laid himself out on the ottoman, his belly and back blubber spread out like jello! Switching to this automatic, portion-controlled and timed kibble delivery system has helped him lose weight. Of course, he loudly protested this revocation of his freedom to overeat, but after two months, he's less vociferous about it. When he hears the plinking of the kibble into the metal bowl every three hours, he leaps into action, madly dashing to the closet where I keep the feeder. My goal to have him return to a healhty weight has been accomplished, and this feeding system is how he'll be eating the rest of his life.Alerts: I found the written instructions to be confusing; it took two of us to finally get it programmed. Also, placing the batteries was compicated by unyielding springs for the negative ends of the batteries. I used a knife blade to hold the springs back while wrestling the positive ends into place.

Awesomeee
This is the bees knees, buy it. Cheaper than others but I bet it works better. The locking system on top is clutch. My cat cant reach up inside and push it to make food come out. I have siamese masterminds. The only part I would do different is get a bowl splitter because I have two cats and they both think they are starving. The ABS construction and stainless steel bowl is safe and others probably have BPA so buy this one instead of something more fancy. The programming is annoying but it works the way its supposed to and its nice they hear me say chow chow
