Happy these are tablets instead of capsules. Easier to take then dealing with the powder version of Spirulina. No bad taste, or aftertaste. They seem to do what they are supposed to for my health regimen. Good price I DO recommend this product

Being drinking this for a month or so and notice that i do not get as sleepy as before and more i will say alive real good stuff
