Although I did purchase this 2 years ago, the motor has significantly burnt out and hardly diffuses any oils anymore.

Love the product!!!This diffuser doesn't need water to operate. when I put few drops of the essential oils on it; it turns on, and we can smell the aroma in seconds!

Bought this worked well for the frist 4 months now it don't should of last longer then that for the price.

Been using it only one day and love it. I'm sure it's a matter of time before I break the glass so hoping you will have replacements before then.

I actually had another nebulizing diffuser coming in the mail when I came across this one. I had been wanting a diffuser with a wooden base, just because it has a nicer appearance (the one coming had a plastic base). The oil stays in the glass tube as it's diffusing, so as far as I know it doesn't really matter if the base is plastic or wooden. I was initially kind of surprised that it's fairly small, the measurements of it are in the listing so I apparently was not too observant. But it's actally nice it doesn't take up much space. We've been using it daily and like it a lot. My husband has really gotten into using it and makes his own essential oil recipes. He usually puts in anywhere from 20 to 30 drops at a time and that lasts one 90 minute cycle (that being it runs 10 minutes then it's off 30 minutes, 3 times). The room quickly fills with wonderful scent. I'm not sure it's actually as effective for the amount of square footage the description claims, but when we use it we can smell it in our bedroom, the kitchen, and the bathroom which are all in close proximity.We've carefully cleaned it once and it went fine. We put a little rubbing alcohol in to break up the oil at the bottom, then dumped it out. Then we let it sit in warm soapy water for a bit, then rinsed. Just to be sure, we put a little more rubbing alcohol in again, dumped it out and let it dry. You probably wouldn't need to do all that, but it was our first time cleaning it so we were a little obsessive. In the end we'll keep both diffusers and use both since we have a long apartment. But this one is the one we'll put out for people to see since it's so cute!

This is a very well made nebulizing diffuser. Unlike water sonic diffuser, it is nice to look at and does not cause an eye sore when displays in the family room. It is my 2nd nebulizing diffuser. Compared with the other one I have, besides the different program setting, I do find this guy puts out more noise than the other. I believe it is due to the stronger motor in this unit; it is not a biggie to me as I have mine in the family room, where TV is on most of the time; but just a head up if you plan to put it in the bedroom and you are sensitive to noise. The only con I could think of is wishing there were more programing options could be provided. Kudos to the customer service!! As I had trouble to find a replacement part ( yes, I broke the glass cap), the team went beyond to assist me. I am a very happy customer and will definitely recommend anyone buying nebuilizing diffuser from Fresh Aromas if you are looking for one in the market!!

So far, so good! Used it about 4 times so far and I am pleased with the experience. Looks great (yes, I was told it looks like a genie's lamp) but very sleep and the glass seems to be made well. I still own a Muji diffuser (the small) and it is quite a pain to operate, from spilling water and then resealing it without pressing the back buttons. No such worries here as this unit doesn't take water and the button in no way interferes with the operation. Slightly noisy if on the highest setting but could be a great white noise maker :)
