Great for beard and beyond. A single charge lasts, sheesh, too long to count. It's very quiet. Overall, just a great trimmer, and I'm glad I finally got one. I've had mine now for about 5.5 years. Still works great, and very low maintenance. The size is manageable for trimming all areas. I think it's a little lighter than a traditional Wahl wired clipper, with enough weight to feel of good quality. It's got multiple speeds, but I generally just use it on the highest, and the charge still lasts "forever". Great investment!

I thought I'd get some use from this before writing a review. My initial impressions were very positive as I am used to beard and body trimmers more in the 30-45 dollar price range with experience in even cheaper options (stay away from shavers less than 20 bucks). There are a few things that set this shaver apart from the less expensive alternatives. 1. The cutting mechanism on this razer appears to be ceramic. Ceramic can maintain a very sharp cutting edge for a very long time (longer than metal in my experience) but is brittle making it not ideal for knives and other tools that may see harsh treatment. For a shaver? Perfect. The leading edge is metal to protect the blade allowing it to never actually touch your skin. This also allows it to avoid nicking you when pressed directly against your skin vertically (Think lining up your sideburns or other more sensitive areas). 2. The micro-adjustments on this shaver are very good. There is a slide mechanism on the razers head that allows for very small adjustments. It also locks in place in case you get a little sloppy with your grip or finger placement while shaving. Speaking of micro-adjustments, you can actually adjust the motor speed of the trimmer to go from turbo-ish cutting power to something a little more smooth and easy for more sensitive areas. This is also a feature that I love on this trimmer. 3. The battery life appears to be excellent. While I've only owned this a couple of weeks, I use it almost daily and so far I have not had to charge it once. Big plus. There is a digital readout on the trimmer that gives you some stats like speed and charge and it still looks great. The only downside I can see for this trimmer is that It is not waterproof. I do not shave in the shower so that feature isn't a deal-breaker for me but I do like to occasionally rinse the head off and I know this trimmer requires care of precision if I am going to be doing that. This is not a big enough downside for me though to not give this trimmer 5 stars since it does state upfront that it is not waterproof. If you've been using inexpensive trimmers that after months of use begin to pull or tug on your hair instead of the experience you got when it was brand new, have a trimmer with less than stellar battery life, or just want to try what a premium trimmer feels like and stop buying new trimmers every year or two, Id seriously considers getting this one. It's fantastic.

I hesitated before purchasing this trimmer because it is quite a bit more expensive than the one I used previously. Well, you get what you pay for. The one that I used previously kept breaking. I had to disassemble it twice to keep it going. It was pretty effective when it worked, but this one is better. It cuts with celerity, so you don't have to go over the same area repeatedly. It is quiet. The battery charge lasts seemingly forever. The display keeps you informed about the state of the battery. Even the box that houses the trimmer and other parts is nicely made. I agree with the comments that the guard is hard to attach and that the cutting head is a little too wide for trimming my mustache, but these are quibbles. If you appreciate well-made products, this is the one to get. Edit: Now that I have more experience using the trimmer, I retract the statement about the head being too wide to trim my mustache. I learned to hold the head at an angle so that only a small part of it contacts my mustache. Easy and effective. Still loving this product.

I really like this trimmer. I use it daily and think its probably one of the best ones I've owned. The only reason I give it 4 stars out of 5 is the screen on the device. I ordered two and both came with blemishes on the screen. I believe this is a fixed issued on the newer models but was still disappointing to see. It does not effect the use of the device it is just more annoying than anything else to buy a device at this price point to have a blemished screen. Overall, I still recommend this device.

I do not write a lot of reviews, but I thought this one deserves my time and effort. I bought this trimmer 6 years ago, use it every day, and it still works like it did the first day I bought it. I love how close I can get and the fact that we can use it to cut the entire family's hair with all the guards it comes with. It is really easy to remove the blade, wash and dry it and then put it back on. It charges pretty quickly and the charge literally lasts months! After six years, the ceramic blade cracked from being dropped. I called their customer service with the intent to purchase a new one. It was 4 years outside warranty so I wasn't expecting anything but, upon hearing what happened, they told me they wanted to send me another for free and we're grateful to have me as a customer. I was blown away! Also, for those who have concerns about the "BURDEN" message. All it means is you need to take the head off and clean it. The motor is burdened with hair and is not moving freely 😉.

The plug is unfortunatly an american standard and not the european ..... bad ... bad

I have been using Panasonic for a couple of years which worked well until the top cage broke the trimmer is still fine. This one at first was kind a hard for me to use at first and I almost returned it. Then I changed the angle for the trim and it was a breeze. It feel great in hands and is so quiet compared to anything I have seen. The cut is smooth the plastic heads are premium quality and is worth spending on this one for a little experienced users.

Arrived very quickly! Product is just as advertised. Good quality.

Amazing beard trimmer, the only con which is minor is that it is a bit fiddly to put on the attachments but apart from that this is the best beard trimmer for beards in the market, in my opinion. You will not be disappointed. Great for longer beards and I can see it would be great for shorter beards too!
