I was looking to help my son work on his reading and math. This super fun gaming system was a literal GAME changer. Within a week he had already advanced a ton. We love taking turns and it’s a great activity to do together. Brings back all the Nintendo vibes!

Bought this for my nephew and he loves it. He’s nonverbal and on the autism spectrum so he can be a little rough and this things has held on strong. Very easy to connect to the tv and very easy to play. It’s small so it not sticking out of the TV all crazy. He loves learning with it.

I got this for my daughter in January 2023 but it wasn't until now, July 2025, that she finally caught on how to play now that she is 5 years old. She does have some learning delay which is why she just now understands how to play, she couldn't stay focused before. Functionally speaking, it works quite well. I do wish the controller wasn't battery power and was instead chargeable. Now that my daughter is ready to play this game she does enjoy it very much and there are times she begs to play it. Since she now understands more about how to play, I am planning on trying out other leapfrog tv games because I do think it is a good starter game for little kids.

Bought this for my niece whenever she was 3, she was able to play it easily then it's a plug and play system, think like hooking up an Amazon fire stick. The controller was easy for her to use and it kept her entertained for awhile. Even my older kids enjoy helping her out on it and end up playing it as well. It's a great buy for toddlers!

My son loves video games so figured this might be more interesting for him to learn with at home outside of school and sure enough he loves it! Was a bit easy for him though and he's 5 so I'd say 3 to 4 prob the best age for this. Runs threw colors, shapes, numbers and letters in a fun way to learn jumping, ducking and walking threw cute landscapes running into objects that talk and teach then Everytime you get an answer right you get jewels and rubies to collect. Once you get all of the keys at the end of each level you get to unlock the castle and play three more levels. Super easy to hook up to the TV three HDMI for the game stick and a little USB to plug in the same area on the side of your smart TV. Super easy and simple. The controller is cool and my son seems to like it!
