I had bought a lupine harness for my basset, who is a chewer. She chewed through 2 of them before we broke her of the habit. Lupine replaced both without a question. So when I wanted a new harness for my wheaten, I of course went to Lupine. As always, we are immensely pleased with our purchase.

I only buy Lupine products since their guarantee is the best. I've only had one incidence when a Lupine harness ripped but that was actually from a cut that a vet made ( weird). I'm not a trendy person who wears clothing with brand labels but I wanted a more solid colored harness for my new dog and thought I would try the Club Collection. They don't say ' Lupine' on them but they have a very subdue outline of a cute dog on them that you can barely see. They feel very much like the other harnesses and they are made in the USA out of recycled materials. I got the newport blue harness and leash and now I'm going to get the green one as well. I highly recommend this company's products- sturdy and strong and this type of step-in harness is much safer than those Roman harnesses that will hurt a dog's stomach. I wish they would quit making the Roman type- very dangerous!

We purchased this harness for our Boxer, I thought this would be helpful when my husband walks our 2 dogs. He said it's horrible, no matter how tight you adjust it, it still slips and wouldn't stay on the dog properly. Unfortunately, I purchased this back in March earlier this year and so they've just sat not getting used. Only wish I would have sent it back right away since now we are stuck with them and I see no way of contacting the seller. We purchased another in a different color for our Chesapeake Bay Retriever with same results.
