Very easy to use very difficult to wash and And once you’re done with it the foam starts to deteriorate

I was applying a polyurethane finish on furniture. I used a brush, and got brush marks. Sanded it all the way off. Then I used a foam brush. An improvement, but I still got obvious marks from the brush. Sanded that a lot to remove the marks, and even got to bare wood in two spots. Finally, I read this exact foam rollers were the best. I re-stained those spots, and applied using the roller. I did some light sanding between coats two and three, and a final sending after coat five. And now, hey, I actually look like I know what I'm doing. It turned out great! I was using a water-based product, so cleanup and re-use was a snap. I'm never going back!

This roller puts a very smooth finish on a surface provided that the surface is smooth. It worked very well on cabinet doors. It was also effective on a bathroom wall, although generally its small size makes in inappropriate for room painting. It would be just as fast as a brush, though. Water-based paints are easily cleaned from it for reuse. I cleaned it three times and it shows no sign of damage.

I need a super smooth surface - slick. Wasn't able to get it with this roller but as far as rollers go, it gives the smoothest surface possible for this type of tool and I was still able to get fine detail painting (I'm an artist) over the surface texture created by this roller. But I'll go back to using a high density sponge to give me a smoother painting surface when Im applying gesso to prime the surface of my paintings. HD sponges seem to work the best for my particular need..

4 year old loves this robot. Easy to use and does a lot for the price. He wanted Cosmo (I would never spend the $$$ for it no matter what) , but after comparing the two I believe this is much better robot and you get much more hang for your buck. Only one thing wish it had a volume control or the ability to have no sound.

Good value and worked well. I purchased these rollers for a bathtub refinishing kit along with the recommended brushes. I used the roller almost exclusively.

Soaks up paint fast and the actual foam part expands too big for the roller. I was able to do one coat on a smaller area before the foam roller was too big and kept falling off.

The perfect roller for the perfect foam brush, easy to clean. Made for small job.

I used this roller to paint some door frames and door stops and the finish wasn't very smooth. Not that great quality.
