Q: I bought this and the bottom won't stay on. any way i put that bottom piece on, it still falls off when i pick it up. what am i doing wrong?

I had the same issue. You have to put the tissue on top of the bottom piece, then lower the cube over the tissue box... the magnets will then engage. If you hold the top of the box, insert the tissue and then try to attach the bottom, it doesn't work.
