Q: This is very specific but, has anyone taken this on a Southwest flight? I need it to fit under an aisle seat and the dimensions are close.

I have only flown Delta and Lufthansa with this bag. I packed it full, but not stuffed, and I was able to fit it under the seat in front of me with no problem. As I recall, the width of the bag just fit into the width of the seat in front of me, but it made it. Because I hadn't stuffed it to capacity, I was able to smoosh it a bit on the top to make it fit vertically.

sure, it have six insulated pockets to keep warm/cold. and you could put baby picture in the front bag . that will be really good .

Q: Does this bag come with stroller attachments?

No, but the backpack straps are removable and can be used instead of stroller straps to hang the bag

Q: Does this have a luggage strap in the back? For holding it onto a carry-on handle?

They are backpack straps but I’m sure u can get them on a carry on
