Firstly, I was surprised how quiet and electrically efficient this was.Initially I was disappointed by cube size despite selecting the large setting, also how wet they were however, once the unit had been running a for an hour and the internals had cooled then the cubes were a good size and much drier. With that in mind I used chilled water from the fridge. Within a couple of hours we had two good sized bags. I recently ran this machine constantly for over 5 hours and it just got better and better.Bear in mind that because the ice is hollow it will melt more quickly than a solid cube will.Hopefully this will continue to please. Only time will tell!

Absolutely brilliant

Ice maker well if you want ice cubes so small you can hardly see them and they are hollow takes 9 mins to make 10 peanut size ice if you leave them in the machine so as to build up a basket full they melt this machine is useless. Returned for refund!
