I've bought this product many times in the last 8 years. It's got a great combination of herbs. It was one of my go-to supplements for immunity building during the 3 years of Covid.. Ladies beware, one of the ingredients, Shilajit will tend to grow some facial hair....but just get out your trusty tweezers. Shilajit is a good supplement so worth the trouble. Hair growth may not happen for all women. Life Seasons is a good, trustworthy company.

I was really excited to try this product as I work with hundreds of 3-5 year olds during a work week and I NEED something to help my immune system when I work with germs, snotty noses, coughs and sneezes. Upon initial opening of the package I was sickened to my stomach by the smell the pills have. I believe it’s from the olive extract but man is it strong. I sucked up the intense smell for the first week by going every other day taking 3 tablets. I immediately saw an improvement in my immune system as after the first week of trying this product and not even using it everyday, I felt a cold coming on and i have not had any symptoms of clogged sinuses or cough. Currently I am taking 2 everyday and this is my third week taking the product and I can say the horrific smell of the olive extract is dying down but it is still very noticeable. I give this product 5 stars because it does its job.

I have leaky gut which means I'm food sensitive. Cant have milk, gluten, egg, chicken, turkey etc without getting extremely tired and brain fogged. Ive gone through six years of hell. Its an immune deficiency problem thats accompanied by insomnia. Ive just gone through a series of colonics to remove bad yeast and replace it with good yeast and probiotics. Prior I've taken every supplement out there for leaky gut all to no avail. I'm taking this with Liver Medic Leaky Gut Repair. Your T cells are important in fighting imflamation. A deficiency in T-cells means allergies and leaky gut. Its early but I have tested myself with a bit of milk and see an improvement. Will post again in 6 months if this continues to help.

This supplement is a necessity in our "medicine" cabinet. Anytime I am feeling run down (stress) begin the signs of a cold sore, or I even had a broken tooth giving me pain until I could have it fixed, I take these and it all goes away. Literally. I visited the Dominican Republic for 10 days as well and took 3 of these in the am and 3 in the eve for a few days before going and while I was there and had absolutely no problem with anything I ate. I obviously drank only bottled water but I ate fresh veggies and even raw meat dishes at the hotel and had absolutely no issues digestively or anything. I highly recommend these to help your own immune do it's God-given thing and regulate the body the way it should be regulated.

I have spent thousands of dollars on products over the 18 years as a parent. Once i found this i stopped all the haphazard purchasing and no I ONLY need this one. If you take it when you feel a sickness coming on it will STOP it! It's a miracle. ALWAYS have this in my cabinet and travel with it as well.

I begin taking 3 a day beginning in Late October until Spring Season. Everyone around me has had bad colds and flu and so far no cold/flu sickness for me. I admit, sometimes I will start with a sore-throat and I immediately double dose myself and sore throat is gone after a few hours. I also take Probotics (Cold Sucks) immune support daily with these and now we are in late January and no colds! Yay! Best investment to my health!
