Use this all the time now. Only draw back couldn't get all the colors I typically use in one set.

I absolutely love this set. I love the colors and am thrilled I don't have to sit while my nails dry. Polish doesn't chip like regular polish does on your natural nail, you just need to be careful it goes on your nails only, if you get it on your skin it can all lift.

I am a man, and I paint my nails, I love sparkling things. Anywho, I also change the tires on my car, fix the screen on my deck, and repair Sheetrock. Modelones last and they are hard to chip. They keep up with my daily activity. The photo I posted is after two weeks of wear.

I thought this was supposed to be all you need starter kit?? It did not include the PRIMER which is supposed to be an important step according to all video & instructions. So just know you have to purchase that separately. Will have to try to see if I like the gel nail polishes.

I love the durability of gel polish, but not the salon price. I decided to give this a try as it's not a huge financial commitment and comes with everything you need to get started. I also picked the Modelones brand because it was one of the few that you could buy additional polish colors & base/top coats separately (other brands only sold kits). I bought the 12-color salon kit in "Black" and also bought two 6-color polish sets (A2-Light Pink / A1-Vibrant).I am not a professional, but I was able to get salon-level results. In the pictures I show my 8yr old daughter's nails and my own. If you follow the instructions it works great. *BUT-just a few important things to know for a long-lasting gel manicure:1. Nail Prep is Critical! file/smooth nails and trim/push back cuticles to avoid the polish lifting.2. Never apply any product (base/polish/top coat) all the way to the cuticle or nail edge. This will also cause polish to lift/peel.3. The Base Coat never cures completely. It will be slightly tacky to help polish adhere. Polish will also feel slightly tacky after curing, but once top coat is applied and cured it's instantly smooth and dry!

This gel manicure kit is easy to use. It looks good too! It stays on pretty well. I have only had them on for like 5 days but that’s with cleaning, dishes, laundry, and working out and they haven’t chipped so that’s good. I also did my toe nails and that worked really good to. Cheaper than going to the salon. So if you know how to paint your own nails I’d get it. I hate using regular nail polish since it takes forever to dry and always chips in like a day. Sure taking it off will be a bit more difficult than normal polish but it’s worth it. Also it comes with a bunch of stuff to make the process easier. I’m happy with this purchase. My friend has the beetles one and I’ve used it but it peels off in only a few days. I’m happy I chose this brand instead.

There are TONS of little black hairs in almost all of the bottles of polish. I spend half the time trying to brush them off and pick them out. Sometimes I can't get them off so I'm just like "Whatever I'll cover it with another coat" then BOOM. More hairs. It's gotta be the brush fibers because I have no pets and I clean my station before starting. Makes it hard to use the light colors. I will say they dry nicely and only require two coats to be opaque. They stay on the nails I bought (also modelones) nicely but I just can't get over all the little fibers.

Very Nice and sturdy..This is a secret Santa gift and I love it myself.. I will order another one soon!!
