My plant was packed to keep it safe and arrived very healthy. It even had a warming bag for comfort. Very happy with this plant.

Delivered in good condition, but lost a few leaves the first week. It recovered nicely and is doing great. Very healthy and beautiful. I will probably repot soon because it comes in a very thin plastic pot.

Plant came in horrible shape, I'm sad I've bought from here a number of times with no problem. There was most likely visible issues with the plant before it was shipped. Leaves keep falling off. I've requested a return. The images are from unpacking right after deliver and 24 hours after watering.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful ❤️It came in great condition well packed.Its been growing very fast since I got it.I have it by my window,definitely needs light,I add little water every morning.

Try as I may (and I’m great with all other plants) this plant is not easy.

Plant came well-packed, and full to my surprise. No damage done and is very healthy. So far, so good.

I definitely understand the plants needing some time to recover after shipment. But several leaves arrived bent and brown. It's been about a week now, the center younger leaves have perked up. But the outer leaves still seems to be struggling.
