My father has edema and neuropathy so his feet swell. Finding shoes that are comfortable and stable for him has been a huge challenge. The Velcro closure and flap style opening allows him to secure them even when his feet are swollen. The shoes are solid, non slip, and comfortable. They’ve been a huge hit with him, which is hard to do!

Husband’s already very large feet are completely swollen from neuropathy. We had to go to a specialty shoe store to find shoes to fit, and these are the only slippers I have been able to find that fit him.

These slippers came in handy when I had severe swelling in my feet and ankles and I was unable to wear shoes.

While wide enough, the Velcro flaps are almost too small for DH. Nice slipper tho. He has a wide foot, usually wears a 13 EEEE, so per description, got a size 14. Plenty long enough and wide footbed, but the Velcro flaps could be just a bit longer.

Really good product, bought for my dad with swollen feet. I would say it's a bit tight around the toe area. Would prefer a larger toe box.

Run really extra big

My husband is a disabled senior & is hard to fit with 12EEE. I bought these just to try and he LOVED them! They are comfortable and gives him stability when walking. I'm ordering a second pair to keep on hand because I've tried for a year to replace his old slippers. He can put on himself and he wears them all the time at home. THANK YOU!!!!

Unlike the previous 14-XX Wide version of this product, this version is too narrow at the toes. Narrower in fact than most of my 14 footwear. Amazon's return policy requires me to drive or get a taxi to the nearest Pulrolator Depot, an over 31Km trip! Previously I could drop off returns at our local Post Office.

Ordered the Silvert's slippers for my elderly father who is suffering from edema. He normally requires a wide shoe but needed something comfortable, easy to slip on, and offering safe, slip-free movement. These are perfect. Be mindful that these slippers are designed for swollen feet and already accommodate a wider foot size -- do NOT order a size up or the shoes will be too large.Dad is happy, comfortable and can safely maneuver through the house now. These are PERFECT!

I bought these slippers for my dad who, due to his failing heart, has swollen feet. The blue are very cute, solid, supportive and well made. The only reason I took away one star is that he needs help to put them on. A lot of flaps to deal with- but that’s what makes them so supportive and adjustable. Well made overall.

My husband is in a Care Home. His feet and legs are swelling terribly with edema and we weren't sure what size to order. Ordered his regular size and one size up, both double width. The ones that are his normal size fit nicely as the double width allows for the swelling. Am hoping that Silvert's will allow me to return the other pair and that our experience helps someone else trying to decide on sizing. Thanks to Silvert's for giving senior's these great options.

Awesome product. Well made, easy to fit and adjust over swollen feet. Warm and weather resistant, even in snow up to 3" deep. Provides good traction and toe protection, while opening up almost full to allow feet of any size easy slip on. We bought a second pair and may buy a third pair.
