I've been using this health supplement for a while now, and it has been a valuable addition to my daily routine. I typically reach for this supplement whenever I'm on a diet and aiming to shed some extra weight. It has become my go-to during weight loss journeys. 7/24/21: The very first dose sent me to the bathroom. Granted, I was very constipated. I was honestly thankful for that relief; just make sure to take your first dose at home so you know how it affects you lol. I didn’t take the full dose; I did two pills which I opened and put in my coffee. After reading some reviews, I thought it was best to try to open the pill versus taking a whole. Followed that up with a glass of water. I noticed it actually did thicken up my coffee so if you get grossed out by textures you may want to put it in a smoothie instead ( if you ever open it). No cramps, no other side effects. My biggest obstacle to weight loss is that I have a huge appetite and I’m hungry all the time. So far I actually feel full without even eating anything so we will see. I’ll update if this helped any with weight loss. 7/27/21: Day 3 taking this stuff; I lost 2lbs! Stopped opening the pill it made my coffee too thick and sank to the bottom. Definitely need a full glass of water with it so it actually works and helps you feel full faster. I’m taking 1 pill 3x/day. Pro: Definitely keeps my appetite at bay, first time ever Less cravings Con: Tummy feels bloated almost constantly You better stay close to a bathroom I’ll update more as the days progress lol

This is probably my 5th or 6th time purchasing this, and I keep coming back for a reason. The quality is consistent, the ingredients are clean, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to. I also love that you can open the capsules and use the powder for cooking or baking, which makes it way more versatile than most fiber supplements. For the price, it’s one of the better options out there. I purchase this regularly and it’s definitely become a staple for me— always happy to keep this in rotation.

So I took one (1) with a lot of water before my meal and it did nothing, like nothing at all, if I could eat a horse and a cow, I would because I was still hungry. When I took the recommend amount for a day, which is three (3)before a meal, it worked, but I exceeded my daily allowance for the day at that moment. It only worked for me when I took all the three (3) that your allowed to take for the day in one sitting, after that you shouldn’t exceed the recommended amount which is why I give it 3 stars.

WHY WOULD RICE FLOUR BE AN INGREDIENT IN A FIBER PRODUCT LIKE GLUCOMANNAN??? AND SINCE RICE FLOUR WEIGHS MORE THAN GLUCOMMAN, IS THERE MORE RICE FLOUR IN IT THAN GLUCOMANNAN? THERE IS NO WAY TO TELL BY READING THE INGREDIENTS LIST. SHAME ON YOU NUTRICOST. I WILL NEVER FALL FOR THIS SCAM AGAIN. THIS COMPANY IS OBVIOUSLY MORE CONCERNED WITH PROFIT THAN THE HEALTH OF ITS CUSTOMERS. I purchased a number of Nutricost brands, and thought I'd try this one since the price seemed slightly more economical. Shame on me for not noticing at the time of purchase that this product (and 2 other Nutricost items I ordered) has RICE FLOUR. Rice flour is a CHEAP FILLER that is used in some supplements and the biggest thing I avoid like the plaque. Rice has high levels of arsenic in it, and can be unhealthy to consume (especially when the rice is not cooked, but simply ground into a powder from it's raw state). This is the 3rd time I purchased a Nutricost product without being aware that this cheap filler RICE FLOUR was used in it. SHAME ON NUTRICOST (and SHAME ON ME, TOO for assuming this product is unsafe my consumption). I AM UPSET THAT I HAVE WASTED HARD-EARNED MONEY ON A PRODUCT I CANNOT USE. I WILL NEVER PRUCHASE ANOTHER NUTRICOST ITEM AGAIN. When something is priced lower, it can be very helpful to take the time to see if cheap ingredients are used.

I was “influenced” by an influencer to get this. I was very skeptical. I would take it maybe two to three times a week and I would get upset when I didn’t see results. It wasn’t until I was consistent with taking it that I finally saw results. This is not a fix all. I still needed to be mindful with what I ate. I still had junk food sometimes but not as often. I didn’t really crave it as much. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Loving this product so far! I feel it has helped my appetite control already! Will buy again😊
