CosabellaWomen's Bella Long Sleeve Top & Pant PJ Set

If you haven't purchased this brand before let me help. The fabric is silky soft and exactly the kind of button up I needed after surgery. Yet at 5'4", 125 and a 28" waist I am a giant for Cosabella. The Medium in "Relaxed Fit" (see their listing for that) just fits in the waist; the drawstring cord is worthless in that design because it's over a tight elastic waist. I tried sizing up to this model in Large with the hope that the waist would fit better. Not so. It's the same 28" waist with skin tight pants that flare below the knee. Not a good look, though the "Relaxed" is a bit too relaxed in the leg. Overall disappointed that I can't adjust the waistband in this brand. If you don't have a teeny tiny waist, these just won't work. ALso as you go up in size with this brand the width increases as does the height. So if you're 3X you can only wear the brand if you're 6' tall. Makes no sense. I checked out their petites but they're a bit too short, and for it to work in the waist I'd need an XL...which they don't make. For a 125 lb woman to need an XL is crazy. C'mon Cosabella. The quality is so beautiful and the sizing is so poor. Give your customers flexibility with a true drawstring band in both the relaxed and regular fits. Women's bodies can go up and down in weight a bit in the stomach post-pregnancy, etc. and a drawstring would have made me a customer for life. I would have bought as many as I could afford. Instead I returned all but one that barely fits on the bottom.

The item was washed in a laundromat as it reeked of the smell of detergent. The item was faded. Moreover this was listed as a new item. I returned and requested a refund which seems to have disappeared into a black hole as it is being refunded as a gift card. I did not pay by gift card and I certainly do not want a gift card as refund. Absolutely should be avoided. Cosabella by itself is excellen but don’t purchase it from Amazon.

It has become a very annoying tradition in fashion, apparently, that pajamas marketed as oversized based on the advertising are not actually roomy. These pants are very narrow in comparison to the top, almost leggings basically, which is not at all how they are supposed to fit. Why do all of you do this? Just make an oversized product if that’s what you designed. It’s so frustrating as a consumer that I literally started to research custom pajamas, especially for the price. These are modal, so they cannot possibly be expensive to produce, and have little structure as a result of that fabric choice. Not the luxury they are viewed to be.

These classic pajama sets are the basic colors. There are also pattern sets, but everything sells out quickly due to high demand. Comfortable, lightweight and easy wash on gentle cycle. Cosabella tends to run slightly smaller than some other brands. I purchased one size up for a looser fit. *Note- Amazon also sells Cosabella pajamas in a Relaxed fit with a tie waist pant bottom with sizing running from Small, Medium, Large up to 1x, 2x, 3x. The material feel is a silky cotton blend.

I love the bright color and the softness of these pajamas.
