The product came broken
I bought the product on 13 november , delivered on 18 novmber and i did nt opened it and check the status as i was on holiday.I foumd out today after i came back from holoday that the product is totally damaged from inside

Internal insulator broken
The glass responsible for insulation was completely shattered after a bit over a month of use. No misuse, no drops, nothing. Was just filling the flask as usual and I heard a very loud pop noise
