All my life I’ve had issues and being able to use the restroom if you know what I mean so every now and then I use this and it helps from being so bloated and uncomfortable and not being able to go to the bathroom this will clean you out what’s the best

I occasionally need a little help, 4 caps fixes me up quick(8-12 hours). Try 2-3 wait overnite, adjust as needed. Read the directiosn, will definitely unplug , gloriously, as needed .
