This was my first AIO and I’m glad i chose deepcool. The built quality is good. Overall value for money.Pros:- The noise levels are incredibly low, even at full load the fans/pump do not make much noise.- The fans provide are equivalent to deepcool cf120s so they’re quite bright and works well when controlled using the motherboard or the separate controller.- Beautiful looking pump, the top cover of the pump can be removed and the sticker can be replaced with anything else that you might want to add there.- The pump tubes are long enough for top or the front mount- Idle temperatures hovers from 30-40c while on load (gaming) the temperatures can hit 55 to 60c which are decent as the stock cooler was hitting high 80s for me in the same conditions. These results change depending upon the room temperature or the load percentage on the cpu.- comes with pre applied thermal paste- Anti leak tech. as claimed by the manufacturerCons:- Installation can be a bit tricky, the manual provided isn't the best help. You can contact deepcool support if needed or just watch ytube explaining videos.- For smaller form factor motherboards the pump can obstruct one of the RAM slot as seen in my case. I have a Micro ATX board. ( This can be solved by rotating the pump so that the tubes do not face the RAM side rather down or up if possible)- not for budget builds, you can find cheaper alternatives performing similar to this.

I use this cooler with Ryzen 9 3900xfirst of all the delivery is fast and before scheduled date. Packaging is also good and intact. Manual and assembling instructions are bit confusing but not a big deal. Installing procedure is easy and smooth. Aesthetics are great!!!Performance is satisfactory for me. Idle temperature of CPU is around 40 to 44 degrees. Under full load (AIDA64 CPU, FPU, CACHE, System memory stress ) 1 hour stress test, temperatures in between 77-82 degrees which is great. While gaming temperature lies in between 50-53 degrees. So no doubt the performance is also great. I will highly recommend this product for all mainstream processors.

This is my comprehensive review of the Deepcool Castle 240 RGB V2.Note: This is a detailed review, hence it is a bit lengthy.BUILD QUALITY:For its price, the Castle 240 is as good as any other budget AIo goes. It has an aluminium radiator, which performs adequately when it comes to heat dissipation. The pump housing is made of a rigid plastic with a metallic finish. The cold plate (the paart which touches the CPU) is very large and made up of copper. It is larger than most other AIOs and hence can even be installed on AMD Threadripper CPUs as well. The tubes are a good balanc ebetween flexible and rigid, and are sleeved as well. The fans provided are also of good build quality.INSTALLATION:The installation procedure is OK but now the best or easiest. The worst part however is the installation manual. It is ridiculous. It only consists of graphic images, and does not explain some of the critical parts. For example, while installing it on the AM4 socket, you have to use a double sided screw, with different threads on each end. However, the manual does not specify which thread goes into the backplate, and so you would have to fiddle around a bit to figure it out. Another complaint is the screws they provide for installing the radiator. The long screws are too short and the short screws are a bit too long, if you understand.RGB IMPLEMENTATION:The RGB implementation on this cooler fantastic. In the box, you get both a fan hub and an ARGB hub, with extra sockets available so you can connect other ARGB accessories as well. It works using 5volt Addressable digital RGB standard, which enables for greater customisation and increases the overall look of the PC. You can connect it to the 5v 3-pin ARGB header on your motherboard (if your MB has one), or you can use the including controller. One thing though, I would have liked of the RGB controller came with a remote, as you would have to open the side panels of your PC to change the colours.PERFORMANCE:The performance of this cooler is adequate and as expected. It cools my Ryzen 5 3600 very well. In Prime95 stress tests , my processor stays below 80 C. While gaming, the temps barely cross 70 C.Overall, it is a great Liquid cooler at this price. However, I really wish that they update the installation manual.

First i received a faulty piece, whise screws were not tights on CPU cooler. It came off after a day. Ordered replacement and got a perfect piece. I assembled it within 1 hour of receiving it. Assembled the radiator with air in air out assembly as i alrdy had 3 fans with me. Now my case looks super awsome and airflow also perfect. Ryzen 5 3600 CPU temps falls to 35 to 40 in normal usage. While playing TombRaider and COD games it goes upto 59 to 65 atmost. Overclocking is heaven now.For Gigabyte Users. Dont put CPU Fan Pins into CPU fan or CPU OPT. It will not work. Find a Fan Header with PUMP. Only then it will work. Deepcool manual is not right. Deepcool also labelled the cables wrong. Asus one is gigabyte one and viceversa.

I was so confused while buying n AIO. The only reason I bought the Castle 360 ex rgb is because of the look. But, the performance is so much better than I expected. I'm using R9 3900XT. Idle temps are around 40°c and even at heavy usage like 4k rendering and 5 hrs straight gaming, it didn't go beyond 75°c. This cooler is much capable than I thought. By the way, these temps are even after reducing the fan speed very much. At this speed level, noise is absolutely negligible. If the fan speed is increased, the performance will be a lot better. Packaging was very nice from overcloackers zone. But the courier service was the worst ever. They ship through the delhivery courier service. They are very pathetic service. The product arrived to my nearest hub within 4 days. But they didn't delivered it to me even after a week. So then I have to collect it from there by myself. Very pathetic! Anyway, the product was excellent.

The media could not be loaded.  Fácil instalação,deixou meu 5800x3d com 65 graus no mw3 a mais de 300 fps bem silencioso.

Its been about a year since purchase and install (mid-end of 2022). Looks amazing! Was very quiet. Fan farthest from cooling lines started rattling after the first half hour of use.. ( I checked mounting screws and such everything is tight) Still working like a champ, still in use, surprisingly it still hasnt failed or flew off.. Oddly, the rattling quiets down after 10 mins. The other 2 fans still operating flawlessly. I would buy again as this is a good brand, good unit, still 5 stars overall. i will be replacing this fan shortly with the same one to match the rest.

El producto es bueno, cumple con creces, es una bestia, el bloque que va al Cpu no luce con el de las fotos, creo q me mandaron el modelo más nuevo, por que se ve con otro lado de Deepcool, el más nuevo al parecer, no es de una "máscara" y el Rgb, este es solo fijo, pero bueno, fuera de eso, todo al 100.

The box was covered in tape, which was cut and had stickers on it from when it was sent to someone else. The cooler it's self had a finger print of thermal paste on it. The bags of hardware inside looked worn as if they had been tumbled. The cooler does work but I expected it to be new and factory sealed.

not bad for cooling an i7 or an AMD 3900x even a 5600x, but it doesn't go well with the big boys, although I have a suspicion that the biggest problem is my nzxt 510 case so stay away from this case if you plan to build a mid-high range pc
