Product was delivered damaged. Countless phone calls went unanswered as did e- mails to Core Home Fitness. Product itself appears to be well built.

Used to prevent neck and back injury when doing bridges/hip thrusts. Supercharges glutes by enforcing proper form. Well-designed, heavy-duty, completely stable. The fact it converts to a small flat bench just enhances its utility. Absolutely as advertised. No complaints

Like the set up of machine but there is one flaw. It needs a wedge at the foot in order to get full extension and contraction. Tried to put step boxes on edge to get contraction works fine until I put more bands on then the front lifts off ground due to foot placement off platform so may have to build a box or somehow fasten to the floor to prevent this from happening.

One of the best pieces of home equipment for flute exercises. I was struggling to find a price of equipment that was adjustable, well made, and helped me improve my lower body strength. This product is outstanding and I would highly recommend to anyone building out a home or professional gym!

Buyers Beware! This seller will not provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse for return shipping costs. This bench does provide the resistance that it claims. The bands do not fit properly. You can get a better workout doing bodyweight bridges. I spent two weeks on emails and phones calls with the amazon and the seller trying to get a pre-paid return label. NO such luck. The seller stone walled me with delayed and elusive replies. I finally had to pay the return shipping of $183.48. If you want to know ahead of time the cost of having to return this item you can call your shipping center with this information: 58 lbs, 9" deep, 65.5" height, 22" wide, return zip code 44512. I do not recommend this item because it does not give the resistance or work as it claims and you will have to pay 61% of the cost of the item to return it.

I didn’t buy this on Amazon but on their official website. This product is absolute garbage. I don’t know why there are so many positive reviews. The way this machine is designed, there’s not enough range of motion to fully activate the glutes and I did not feel it in the glutes at all. The only part you will feel the most burn is in your quads no matter how far apart/close/inward/outward you position your feet. You can put a bench, a stool, long table or a stepper to elevate and put your feet on and then you may activate your glutes, I tried it but by the second set, the machine started to get pushed backwards. I just bought it a week ago to get the ease from loading the whole set up for barbell hip thrusts. I cannot return it because I threw away the box and the most important thing to notice BUYER PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING. So there you have it, honest opinion from a consumer.

Very convincing, but a big waste of money..barely target glute, range of motion is horrible... thought I'd knew better. I fell for it..my mistake.. everyone's lesson.

Always looking for ways to strengthen my posterior chain. This glute drive is the perfect product to target and activate the glutes. Helps with core strength and has really alleviated back pain. Excellent design and product overall. Highly recommend!
