Looks like a good udea but instapot frother is way simpler

Just adds hassle.
This attachment does not provide benefit over the nozzle that comes with the espresso maker. I tried to like this product, I really did. but... oof. It just doesn't make sense. It's a hassle to use, would make a watery coffee if left unattended. Is the point to cut out the step where you froth your milk by hand? It just adds hassle.
