Excellent for gluten free baking!
I made delicious whole grain gluten free bread with this product. I did need to reduce my salt, as it seems to add a saltiness to the bread.

This is a good quality product and it’s organic!

Perfect addition to your health diet.
I use these in my health smoothies. They get ground up as I’m mixing in the blender. You’re not supposed to grind flax until you’re ready to eat them soon after. I keep them in the refrigerator after opening. Perfect and healthy!! Can be used in salads, oatmeal or anything appropriate, but grind first!

I highly recommend Spectrum products and my favorite is their whole flaxseed. A great source of fiber and omega 3, I add flaxseed to smoothies, meatballs, soups, salads, stews, yogurt, dips....try them, you will love their freshness and quality.

Love this Organic Flaxxeed!
Great Product! Fast shipping. Great for smoothies. I grind them up in a coffee grinder right before use, as it is healthier that way. Spectrum Essential Flaxseed Organic Whole 15 Oz .
