Surprisingly good
A very short book full of good information and very doable concept of this is what you are looking for.I stumbled upon the book by a happy chance, and I liked what's written as this is what I am looking to inculcate in my life.Here's hoping that I not just complete the 7 days but life long.

Short and to the point. I would definitely like to take up this mental diet as a challenge n will get back again to add to this review. A huge thanks to the author.

Very simple but difficult to implement
I peraonally beleive that what we dwell on becomes our reality. Staying positive for a week and handling the negative thoughts is definitely start of new realms of possibilities.

shallow read... more an article than a book
It's more of an article than a book..good read but. nothing intriguing or too insightful..it's common stuff n shallow read... does not match expectations n recommendations
