I have a lot of joint pain and this works so well! The size is great, it is easy to keep clean and can be reused over and over. A couple of hours in the freezer and they stay cool/cold longer than any others I've had!! They remain pliable even after hours and hours in the freezer. I also have an extra large size. They're the best!

The Chattanooga Col Pac is a product that I have used for many years. I have different styles and sizes to fit different needs. This half size is the most convenient and works well for knees, ankles and smaller areas such as hand/wrist. It is also a handy size for travel (when you are not worried about weight such as with backpacking or international travel). I keep them in the freezer so they are ready when needed. They are re-usable for years. Good value for money.

I was hoping for one large, thin, gel sac that I could wrap around my leg. Instead there are two thick (2”) pads. Read carefully!

These are the ice packs used by physical therapists for a good reason. They stay cold for quite awhile when in use, are flexible and comfortable to use, and unlike other brands, are incredibly durable. I have numerous shapes and sizes and keep them in the freezer at all times. I've had some of them for decades. Highly recommend.

Refreezes quickly, and doesn't freeze into a brick - remains pliable, easily moldable to knees and other areas.Sturdy material as well - didn't tear or break when dropped.

These cold pack work great

Love these cold bags. They stay in the freezer till I need them. They are soft and don’t become hard no matter how long they are in the freezer.

After one month and very light use, both of these failed at the seams. I figured the first one was just a fluke, but now that both have failed I thought I should let others know. These have very thin seams compared to their other products. And I feel like making them not just regular squares / rectangle makes them more prone to failure.I expected higher quality as I have an XL pack from the same company, and it’s lasted years. I’ve actually bought several of those for friends and family after injury and surgery. Those are great, these - not so much.
