I purchased this item for my teenage son who plays basketball. Someone bumped the bottle with his foot after chasing down a ball and completely cracked the top part of the bottle. I would think something like this could be thrown across the gym without any issues, obviously I was wrong. Similar thing happened to another smaller bottle, but it was only dropped on a gym floor. Very unhappy with the quality of this product.---------------------------------Updated 6/10/22The company reached out to me and apologized for my bad experience, and they made things right. They offered a replacement or full refund. The customer service was fantastic...very friendly and courteous.

Great water bottle, bought this for my son to drink more water before he goes to basic training. Quality is better then we expected and it helped out alot with tracking how much he was drinking. Bought another one for myself and now we both drink 1 gal a day minimum.

These bottles are great, I really like them and they help to ensure that I drink enough water every day. The one major problem that I have with them is that they tend to break at the top where the neck meets the body of the bottle. I have purchased two of these in the last six or so months and both of them lasted right around two or three months. I’m not being rough with them, it’s just every day usage, they’re just kind of weak and if you fill the bottle up with water, the neck tends to break.

This is a great bottle, I use it every day.The only downside with any plastic bottle is leaving it in sunlight - do not do that with this one! It will make the water you’re drinking taste horrible. I wish it came with a sleeve to protect it from sunlight

Love the look but the second my two year old dropped it it completely exploded and broke in half. I don’t know if the plastic is too thin but the durability is not good if dropped in the slightest.
