It works! I like that the steam output is great and only takes barely a minute to be ready. It also have the cold mist which is also nice. At first I wasn't sure how to put the light on the equipment. The instructions weren't clear and it also came with a desk/table clamp which almost had me sending it back. So I took a look at the photos that was here. O figure out that black part with holes in it slides down the pole and the light part has an end that fit inside the hole. Its very quiet and can use the timer with steam or mist. Also has ozone function and a place to add essential oil. 5X Magnifier is also great to improve facial treatments. Great value for money because it was around $95 on Prime Day. I find this to be enjoyable and relaxing.

Failed in less than a year with less than daily use, proper cleaning and maintenance. Did not hold up.

I held back leaving a bad review because I was hoping for a resolution from this company. I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt, and not jump right into leaving a one star review. If you are considering a facial steamer, shop elsewhere. This was well taken care of, stored properly, emptied and dried out between uses. I am not exaggerating when I say it was used 4 times total. There is no reason why this machine should have stopped working properly after such a short amount of time and limited use. I am disgusted with this equipment, and the company that sold it. Faulty equipment happens, conflict resolution is paramount in ethical business practice. It appears like I have wasted my hard earned money, hopefully this review will prevent others from doing the same.

I purchased this steamer due to my other one going out. I love that there’s a cold feature!!! Easy to put together and the you can control the dim lighting. Highly recommend

Great steamer just wish it was a little taller or that the hot steam and cool steam nozzles were swapped so the hot steam was further away from the face.

It lasted a year. The water tank is very cheap plastic. The black small mouth piece broke off. I don’t know how to get a replacement of it?
